6.4 Magnitude Earthquake Strikes Nepal

The Earthquake strikes at 11:32pm on Friday Nepal’s Jajarkot area, magnitude was recorded 6.4. Jajarkot area is 500 kilometers west of the Nepalese capital Katmandu, tremors were felt in Katmandu and surrounding areas as well. At-least 132 People lost their files in the earthquake as of now and several people are missing. 38 people killed in Rukum District and 81 people injured.

Strong tremors felt were also felt in North India including New Delhi and Bihar. New Delhi is 600 Kilometers far from the affected area.

The Earthquake has costed the Nepal’s Economy of $6 Billion dollars ans also many building, houses were damaged. Nepal’s Army is on the rescue operation at affected areas.

Many photos and videos are been shared in social media of the building shaking during the earthquake.

Honorable Prime Minister Nepal Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” has expressed his deep sorrow over the human and material damage caused by the earthquake at Ramidanda in Jajarkot at 11:47 on Friday night and has mobilized all 3 security agencies for the immediate rescue and relief of the injured.

And also reaching towards the location Jajarkot the affected area.
