Foreign investors now own Rs 1.02 trillion, or 3.5% of the FAR category’s outstanding securities.
Their greatest purchases have been in the benchmark 7.18 percent 2033 bond and five-year 7.06 percent 2028 paper, which have received inflows of approximately Rs 3,400 crore and Rs 2,500 crore, respectively, since September 22.
